ZWS137 High-Speed Tablet Deduster
- ● The machine consists of a feed hopper, power box, sieving chamber, sieving drum, air-blowing device, discharge port, frame, speed control device, and transmission mechanism. Tablets are added into the sieving drum through the feed hopper. The sieving drum is rotated by a power box composed of an AC speed-adjustable motor and a reduction mechanism. Tablets move along the drum’s inner spiral plate towards the discharge port. The drum’s mesh gently polishes the tablets, while the compressed air blowing device continuously cleans the tablet surfaces at close range. Dust is separated from the tablets by the combined effects of air jet, centrifugal force, and gravity, and is collected in the dust collection device, effectively removing powder and burrs from the tablet surfaces.

1. The machine uses an AC brushless motor for stepless speed adjustment, meeting the dust removal requirements for different production volumes and pharmaceuticals.
2. The height and angle of the feed and discharge ports can be adjusted within a certain range to meet different operational needs.
3. The base is equipped with casters for easy relocation of the machine to the work site.
4. The sieving chamber is completely isolated from the power box with a quick-release structure, making it easy to disassemble and clean.
5. All parts in contact with the tablets are made of 316 stainless steel, compliant with GMP standards.
6. The sieving and conveying process occurs within a closed structure sieving chamber, maintaining negative pressure at the chamber and in the feed and discharge ports, preventing dust from escaping.
7. The working height and angle of the feed and discharge ports can be adjusted using the elevating rods and locking handles.
