Working Principle
The Dust Absorption Crusher utilizes grinding action for material reduction, comprising a crushing chamber, throwing hammer, and grinding tile.Materials enter the crushing chamber from the feeding hopper, where they are thrown against the chamber walls by the centrifugal force of the high-speed rotating toothed plate. Fine particles pass through the sieve plate at the bottom, while coarse particles are repeatedly crushed. Movement generates airflow, which drives the crushed material through a screen into a filter bag, collecting the material and dust while expelling the air.
