HTD Series Post Bin Blender(Single Arm)

Post bin blender features automatic lifting, mixing, and lowering functions. With one hopper mixer and multiple mixing hoppers of varying specifications, it meets the mixing requirements for different products and batch sizes. It is ideal for comprehensive mixing in pharmaceutical factories and is also widely used in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries.

The machine consists of a column, base, rotating fork, drive system, brake, and control system. To operate, the mixing hopper is pushed into the rotary fork frame and secured. The control system is activated to lift the hopper to the mixing height, where it is securely positioned. The drive system then mixes the contents according to set parameters such as time and speed. Once mixing is complete, the rotary fork frame stops vertically, the hopper lowers to the ground, and the machine prints the process data. The lock nut is then loosened, and the hopper is moved to the next process stage.

Features

1. The mixing hopper forms a 30° angle with the rotation axis, causing the material to rotate and move tangentially along the hopper wall, ensuring thorough mixing with strong turnover and high-speed tangential motion.

2. Equipped with PLC control, infrared safety devices, and an anti-misoperation discharge valve to ensure safe and efficient production.

3. The entire process, from mixing to discharge, occurs in the same container, minimizing material transfers and handling. This design effectively controls dust and cross-contamination, reduces material loss, prevents material stratification, and optimizes the production process.

4. This post bin blender is designed to handle various stages of production within a single container, ensuring efficiency and compliance with pharmaceutical GMP standards.
