Features

1. Tablet press machine is equipped with a high-precision turret, facilitating the manual removal of upper and lower molds. Both upper and lower molds have sealing rings to prevent oil leakage, and the use of specialized tools reduces the time required to replace the sealing rings, improving work efficiency.

2. The forced feeder with a three-layer impeller design is driven from bottom to top, effectively preventing material clogging and ensuring a smooth feeding process.

3. The built-in spring scraper device thoroughly removes excess powder, keeping the molds and working area clean.

4. Tablet weight is automatically controlled via the touch screen interface, ensuring simple operation and precise weight consistency for each tablet.

5. Each punch's pressure is monitored in real time by pressure sensors, ensuring that the pressure during the tablet pressing process meets the set requirements, thereby improving the yield rate.

6. Optional single-piece or batch rejection functions ensure the quality of each batch of tablets and reduce the production of defective products.
