Working Principle

The fluidized bed granulator operates by fluidizing powder particles in the raw material container (fluid bed) with preheated and purified air. The binder solution is atomized and sprayed onto the fluidized particles, causing them to agglomerate into granules containing the binder. Continuous drying by hot air evaporates moisture, solidifies the binder, and forms uniform, ideal spherical granules through repeated processes.
