Working Principle
1. Pre-treatment: Materials are dissolved and pre-treated separately in the water pot and oil pot.
2. Emulsification and Mixing: The pre-treated materials are drawn into the main emulsifying pot through vacuum pipelines, where high-shear homogenization and low-speed stirring occur under vacuum conditions.
3. Heating System: The materials are heated through an electric or steam heating system, with temperature sensors monitoring and adjusting the temperature in real-time.
4. Discharge: The materials are discharged through a bottom valve and an air-assisted discharge system.
