In a solid dosage cooperation project in Algeria, our professional technology and high-quality service earned the customer's deep trust and warm reception. As the leading food supplement producer in Algeria, the customer, driven by the need to increase production capacity, sent an inquiry to Aligned Machinery regarding a capsule filling machine on May 4, 2023. We promptly initiated communication with the customer, thoroughly understanding their requirements, and provided a suitable quotation on May 15. Throughout the continuous follow-up, we maintained professionalism and patience until the customer's board of directors made a decision.
- In July 2023, the company's manager personally visited Aligned Machinery. We showcased the outstanding performance of our equipment and the strength of our company, earning their high recognition and satisfaction with our service. Following this meeting, we adjusted the proposal and quotation. In October, both parties confirmed the contract details, which were soon officially signed, followed by the completion of the payment.
- In February 2024, the Aligned Machinery team participated in a pharmaceutical exhibition in Algeria, where the customer company not only arranged the airport pickup but also warmly hosted us. This heartfelt reception left a lasting impression on us. During this period, we visited the customer’s company, gaining in-depth insights into their corporate culture and development journey, and toured their workshop facilities. Both sides also discussed workshop expansion and renovation plans, further deepening mutual affection and trust.
- In May 2024, the customer company, along with their team, visited Aligned Machinery for machine acceptance, inspecting machine details, operation, material testing, and receiving training on "how to replace molds, feeders, and other adjustment parts." At the same time, we provided the customer with an in-depth introduction to the blister packaging machine and cartoning machine, preparing for other projects. The machines were then successfully shipped.
- In August 2024, the customer company sent engineers to Aligned Machinery again, focusing on the technology and process of the cartoning machine and fluidized bed dryer, and discussed new procurement plans with us.
